Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) at TM Group
TM Group has invested in a biological Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) with a capacity of 220 m³/hour, which is being extended to 280 m³/hour. This facility plays a crucial role in ensuring the company’s environmental compliance by effectively treating wastewater generated during manufacturing processes.
Environmental Certification and Status:
The treatment process helps in maintaining zero liquid discharge (ZLD), supporting water recycling efforts, and reducing the company’s impact on the environment.
We have a biological ETP plant with the capacity of 220m3/hour and
extending 280m3/Hour. Our ETP status is “GREEN” certified by the
GEMO.
Excellence in Environmental & Chemical Management
TM Group integrates globally recognized systems to ensure clean, responsible production:
- Sustainable Chemical Management (SCM) via BluHive & BCMP
- Active participation in Clean Chain & ZDHC programs
- Certified initiatives for 3R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) and Zero Liquid Discharge
- Internal Water Treatment Plant (WTP) and Rainwater Harvesting systems
- Waste recycling surveys to eliminate hazardous discharge
